8. Damaged Products During Delivery
If a product is received damaged during transit, the customer must notify Jai Films within 24 hours of delivery.
To process a damage claim, the customer must provide:
- Order number
- Unboxing video after receiving the parcel
- Photographs of the shipping carton and packaging
- Clear description of the damage
Claims submitted after 24 hours from the recorded delivery time may not be accepted.
Upon verification, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Replace the damaged product;
- Replace damaged components; or
- Provide another suitable resolution.
Damage claims resulting from misuse, improper handling, installation errors, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
9. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are provided by the respective manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions.
Jai Films does not provide any additional warranty unless explicitly stated in writing.
